It will be helpful for all parties involved if you please quickly read through my short TOS. ==

1-Commissioners are privy to their own files so long as they have paid for any base models that I have not created myself.
(This does not include modified assets, as they were not originally created by me. However some modified .fbx are part of a unique selling point for my commissions and will not be shared, even if you own the original base.)

2- Payment are done in two parts. 30% up front, rest after the workload is done and you have been able to see the avatar and tell me what needs to be fixed/changed

3-You cannot be refunded if you already have the avatar uploaded to your account and/or the files provided to you.

4- commissioners are privy to limited help with their avatar.
Anything more will not be free.

5- I will not updating avatars to any of the latest released updates to VRchat or base models, for free.

6- Aggressive behavior will result in immediate termination of your commission. (Aggression will be considered; yelling, swearing, talking down to, berating.) Even if you have pay the 30% upfront your commission WILL be terminated. And the 30% refunded.

7- I reserve the right to refuse to take a Commission for any reason.
